These Strawberry Banana Granola Parfaits are a great way to start your morning. They’re packed with fresh fruit, nuts, and natural Greek yogurt.
Not only are these a simple way to prepare breakfast, they’re also a great way to make sure you’re getting your daily servings of fruit, and they’re packed with protein.

If you don’t have a granola you like, I always recommend making your own granola at home. There are some healthy store-bought granolas, but the best way to be sure of what’s going into your granola is to make it yourself.

How to Make Parfaits
Making a parfait is super easy. You’ll need a wide-rimmed glass or jar to put them in. I like these 16 oz. jars because they make cute beverage glasses too, like for this peach iced tea.

Start by adding some yogurt to the bottom of the jar. Then add some fruit, then granola, and another layer of yogurt. Two layers is the perfect amount and give a little bit of each ingredient in every bite.
These parfaits can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, if you want to make them ahead. However, the granola does get soggy after awhile and the bananas begin to brown, so it’s best to make it just before you’re planning to eat it.
