Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) baby potatoes unpeeled
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) salt

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes and cut them into uniform chunks. Add the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, and salt to the crock pot. Stir to coat.
  • Cover and cook for 3-4 hours on high, or 5-6 hours on low. Do not uncover while cooking.
  • When done, remove the lid. Taste and adjust the seasoning, as necessary.
