Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup (27 g) breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (2 g) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoons (15 ml) cooking oil
  • 1/3 cup (79 ml) Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/4 cup (59 ml) Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup (59 ml) Blue cheese dressing
  • Chives chopped

Instructions

  • Mix the ground chicken with the breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt and pepper, just until combined.
  • Form small, bite-sized meatballs.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides.
  • Pour in the buffalo sauce and stir to coat the meatballs.
  • Serve them on a platter and drizzle the blue cheese dressing over the top. If you’re serving at a party, it’s a great idea to put toothpicks or skewers in each ball for people to pick up.
