Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) ground chicken
- 1/4 cup (27 g) breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (2 g) salt

- 1 tablespoons (15 ml) cooking oil
- 1/3 cup (79 ml) Buffalo Sauce

Instructions
- Mix the ground chicken with the breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt and pepper, just until combined.

- Pour in the buffalo sauce and stir to coat the meatballs.
- Serve them on a platter and drizzle the blue cheese dressing over the top. If you’re serving at a party, it’s a great idea to put toothpicks or skewers in each ball for people to pick up.
