Olive Garden Salad

This copycat recipe nails the flavor of the original. It’s crunchy, tangy, salty, and just a little spicy from the pepperoncinis. You can prep everything ahead of time, then toss it all together when you’re ready to serve.

Helpful Tips

  • Chill the dressing: Letting the dressing sit in the fridge for a bit helps the flavors meld and makes it extra refreshing.
  • Use fresh Parmesan: It makes a big difference in both the dressing and the salad. Pre-grated just doesn’t have the same punch.
  • Slice thin: Keep the onion and tomato slices thin so they mix well and don’t overpower any bite.
