  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup (27 g) slivered almonds
  • 1 avocado cubed

  • 2 tablespoons (34 g) white miso
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) agave or honey
  • 2 tablespoons water

  • Add remaining salad ingredients to the bowl. Pour on half the dressing and toss. Add more dressing, if desired.

  • Remove the stems from the kale. They can be tough and unappealing to chew.
