Fall is the perfect time for casseroles to become a part of the dinner rotation. All you have to do is toss the ingredients into a casserole dish and voila! We like to make this baked ravioli casserole and nostalgic tater tot casserole on a regular basis.

Helpful Tips

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience: Save time by using pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Just shred it and toss it in for a quick and easy shortcut.
  • Crisp the bacon separately: For the best texture, cook the bacon until crispy before adding it to the casserole. This ensures it stays crunchy and doesn’t get soggy during baking.
  • Try a mixture of cheese: Change up the cheese or mix and match different cheeses with options like Monterey Jack, pepper jack, or mozzarella to really elevates the dish.
