Helpful Tips
- Use Small Tortillas: Choose soft, small tortillas to keep the mini burritos bite-sized and easy to handle. Flour or corn tortillas both work well.
- Warm the tortillas: Make sure to warm up the tortillas before you roll them. They are less likely to crack.
- Prep Fillings in Advance: To make assembly quick and easy, prepare your fillings ahead of time so you can wrap and bake without stress.
- Bake for Extra Crispiness: After rolling the mini burritos, bake them seam side down in the oven for a few minutes to achieve a crispy, golden texture on the outside while keeping the inside warm and flavorful.
