Helpful Tips
- For that essential crispy exterior, make sure your cauliflower florets are dry before you batter them. You can bake or air fry them to get the perfect texture.
- The BBQ sauce can make or break your dish. If you don’t make your own, opt for a high-quality sauce with a good balance of sweetness and tanginess.
- Once coated, let your florets sit in the BBQ sauce for a few minutes before cooking. This helps them absorb all the delicious flavors, enhancing the taste of your cauliflower wings.
