BBQ Cauliflower Wings

- 1 head cauliflower approx. 4 cups of floret
- 1 cup milk if you’re vegan use almond or soy milk
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce homemade or store-bought
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 400° F (205° C).
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, whisk the flour, milk, and spices until most of the lumps are gone.
Dip the cauliflower in the batter. You can do this one by one or in batches.
Shake off the excess batter and place the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes until the cauliflower is golden brown.
Put the BBQ sauce in a large bowl for when the cauliflower is done.
Remove it from the oven and dump it all into the bowl with the BBQ sauce. Toss or stir it up to get all the pieces coated.
Then place the cauliflower back onto the baking sheet and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
