Ultimate Sheet Pan Nachos are a great way to feed a crowd without any fuss. Loaded with layers of crispy tortilla chips, melty cheese, seasoned meat, black beans, and all your favorite toppings, they’re perfect for game days, gatherings, or even a weeknight treat.

With just one pan, you can build a shareable nacho spread that’s easy to customize and packed with flavor in every bite. Use up whatever you have in your frig, like leftover turkey from Thanksgiving.
We always have some homemade taco seasoning mixed up at home, ready for when the mood for tacos or burritos strikes. It is great on this leftover turkey or, add it to some roasted veggies for a meatless option.
Helpful Tips
- Layer Wisely: For evenly melted cheese, layer half of your cheese on the chips first, add your toppings, and then sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top before baking.
- Keep Chips Crisp: To avoid soggy nachos, add wet toppings like salsa, guacamole, or sour cream only after baking. This keeps everything fresh and crunchy.
- Choose a Sturdy Chip: Use thick, restaurant-style tortilla chips that can hold up under toppings without breaking, giving you a better bite every time.
