What is Dole Whip

Dole Whip from Disneyland

If you haven’t been to Disneyland, maybe you haven’t had the pleasure of eating this delicious treat. It’s a popular, dairy-free frozen dessert that originated from Disneyland and other Disney Parks, and it has since gained a devoted following due to its creamy, refreshing taste and smooth texture.

It was first introduced by the Dole Food Company – hence the name – as a pineapple-flavored soft serve. Over the years, additional flavors have been introduced, but pineapple remains the most popular and iconic.

Ingredients You Need

Ingredients for Ninja Creami dole whip
  • 20-ounce can of Dole pineapple with juice – For a healthier version, get a can that doesn’t have any added sugar.
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice – I usually use half-and-half or whole milk for a creamier whip.
