Sesame ginger dressing

You’ll want this dressing on more than just salads. It’s great drizzled over cabbage slaw, spooned onto grain bowls, or used as a sauce for roasted vegetables or grilled chicken. The tahini gives it body, while the ginger and sesame keep it lively and balanced.

Helpful Tips

  • Grate the ginger finely. This helps it blend smoothly and keeps the dressing from being stringy.
  • Adjust the consistency with water. Start with 1 tablespoon and add more as needed until it’s easy to pour.
  • Taste before storing. Tahini can vary in bitterness, so adjust with a splash of vinegar or soy sauce if needed.
