- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons water
Mix all the ingredients in a jar large enough to fit an immersion blender.
Blend ingredients until they’re fully incorporated and broken down. You might need to add more water to get the right pouring consistency.
Store any leftover in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
