These Sausage & Stuffing Meatballs bring all the best parts of your holiday table into one irresistible little bite. Golden, savory bites bursting with the flavors of your favorite holiday stuffing, wrapped up into a fun, poppable appetizer and paired with a tangy cranberry dip.

They come together in just 20 minutes of prep, using stuffing you already have on hand, so they’re an easy way to use up leftovers or get a head start on your holiday spread. The combination of savory Italian sausage, melty cheddar, and sweet little pops of dried cranberry gives every bite a perfect balance of flavors.
Helpful Tips
- Don’t skip the resting time: Let the mixture sit for a minute or two after combining so the stuffing has a chance to absorb the broth and egg, which helps the bites hold together better as they bake.
- Chop the cranberries small: Finely chopping the dried cranberries helps distribute little pops of sweetness evenly through every bite instead of clustering them in just a few spots.
- Use a cookie scoop for even bites: A small cookie scoop keeps the bites uniform in size, which means they’ll all bake through at the same rate.
