Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch + 2 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  • In the slow cooker, mix together the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and Sriracha.
  • Place chicken wings into the sauce and toss them around to coat.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
  • Once time is down to 15 minutes, whisk cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Pour it into the slow cooker and stir it into the sauce. Continue cooking for the final 15 minutes, so the sauce can thicken.
