- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch + 2 tbsp cold water
In the slow cooker, mix together the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and Sriracha.
Place chicken wings into the sauce and toss them around to coat.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
Once time is down to 15 minutes, whisk cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Pour it into the slow cooker and stir it into the sauce. Continue cooking for the final 15 minutes, so the sauce can thicken.
