Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls are one of those easy, crowd-pleasing appetizers that disappear fast. They’re packed with savory sausage, melty cheddar, and that signature garlicky biscuit flavor that makes them hard to resist.

These are perfect for game day, holiday trays, or anytime you need a warm, satisfying bite without a lot of effort. Everything mixes in one bowl, and the cream cheese keeps them extra tender while the outside gets golden and slightly crisp.
Helpful Tips
- Use your hands to mix the dough so everything combines evenly without overworking it.
- If the mixture feels too sticky, chill it for 10 minutes before rolling to make shaping easier.
- Don’t skip the final seasoning on top. That extra sprinkle of garlic herb mix adds a big boost of flavor right at the end.
