- 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
- 2 cups Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 packet garlic herb seasoning from the biscuit mix
Preheat the oven to 375°F(190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, biscuit mix, shredded cheddar, cream cheese, milk, and half of the garlic herb seasoning packet. Mix until fully combined. Using your hands makes this easier.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
While still warm, mix the remaining seasoning packet with the melted butter and brush the tops of the balls. Serve immediately.
