Chili Crunch Baked Brie
Ingredients
- 9 ounce wheel of brie
- 1-2 tablespoons Momofuku Chili Crunch to taste
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanuts chopped
- 1 green onions chopped
- Prepared crostini for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cross hatch the top of your brie and place it in an oven-safe baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the Chili crunch and sweet chili sauce. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture over the top of the brie. Place it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until it’s gooey in the middle.
- Top with peanuts and green onions. Serve hot with crostini or sliced baguette.
