Chili Crunch Baked Brie

A show-stopping appetizer that combines the crunch and heat of the chili crunch with the creamy, smooth melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 9 ounce wheel of brie
  • 1-2 tablespoons Momofuku Chili Crunch to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts chopped
  • 1 green onions chopped
  • Prepared crostini for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cross hatch the top of your brie and place it in an oven-safe baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine the Chili crunch and sweet chili sauce. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture over the top of the brie. Place it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until it’s gooey in the middle.
  • Top with peanuts and green onions. Serve hot with crostini or sliced baguette.

  • Get the best brie you can. It will make a big difference.
  • If you don't have or don't like Chili Crunch, you can use any other chili oil or chili crisp.
