Chili Crunch Baked Brie

- 9 ounce wheel of brie
- 1-2 tablespoons Momofuku Chili Crunch to taste
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanuts chopped
- 1 green onions chopped
- Prepared crostini for serving
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cross hatch the top of your brie and place it in an oven-safe baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the Chili crunch and sweet chili sauce. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture over the top of the brie. Place it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until it’s gooey in the middle.
Top with peanuts and green onions. Serve hot with crostini or sliced baguette.
- Get the best brie you can. It will make a big difference.
- If you don't have or don't like Chili Crunch, you can use any other chili oil or chili crisp.
