In the realm of salads, the Caesar stands as a testament to how a few quality ingredients can transform into a timeless dish. But when you introduce the modern twist of an air fryer and the hearty addition of roasted broccoli, you create something entirely new and utterly delicious.
Enter the Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli Caesar Salad, a dish that promises to elevate your salad game with its delightful mix of textures and flavors. If you love Caesar salad as much as us you should try this avocado kale Caesar salad.

Why You’ll Love It
- Quick and Easy: With just 19 minutes from prep to plate, this salad is perfect for busy weeknights.
- Healthy Twist: Broccoli brings a nutritious punch to the traditional Caesar, making it a guilt-free choice.
- Innovative Cooking Method: Utilizing an air fryer introduces a delightful crispiness to the broccoli and croutons without the need for deep frying.
- Flavorful Dressing: The homemade Caesar dressing is rich and tangy, offering a fresh alternative to store-bought versions.
Ingredient List
- Broccoli
- Bread (for homemade croutons)
- Olive oil
- Seasonings: Salt, garlic powder, ground black pepper
- Parmesan cheese (shaved and finely grated)
- Lemon
- Mayonnaise
- Garlic clove
- Dijon mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- Anchovy paste or anchovies

Helpful Tips
- Even Cooking: Cut the broccoli into even florets to ensure they cook uniformly.
- Don’t Overcrowd: Air frying works best when air can circulate freely around the food, so avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
- Dressing to Taste: Adjust the dressing ingredients according to your preference. More lemon juice for tanginess, an extra garlic clove for punch, or more anchovies for umami.
- Fresh is Best: While pre-shaved Parmesan is convenient, shaving it fresh off the block right before serving adds an extra touch of luxury to your dish.

How to Store and Reheat Broccoli Caesar
This salad is best enjoyed fresh, but if you find yourself with leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It’s best consumed within 2 days. For reheating, a quick toss in the air fryer at 380°F for 1-2 minutes will help bring back the broccoli’s crispness, but remember, the croutons and dressing may not return to their original glory.
Diving into the Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli Caesar Salad offers an exciting and flavorful way to enjoy a classic with a twist. Whether you’re seeking a new favorite weeknight meal or a way to impress at your next gathering, this dish checks all the boxes for freshness, flavor, and flair.
