Warm, melty brie and bubbling mozzarella piled onto a crispy flatbread with tart dried cranberries, crunchy toasted walnuts, and a sweet-and-spicy drizzle of hot honey. This Brie, Cranberry & Walnut Flatbread is the kind of appetizer that disappears the second you slice it.

You’ll love this flatbread because it delivers big, cozy holiday flavor with just 10 minutes of prep and a store-bought flatbread doing most of the work. The creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberries, and buttery walnuts create that perfect balance of sweet, savory, and crunchy in every bite. It’s perfect for holiday parties, Friendsgiving, or a cozy night in with a glass of wine.
Helpful Tips
- Cube the brie while cold: Brie is soft and sticky at room temperature, so cut it straight from the fridge. Cold brie slices cleanly and holds its shape until it melts in the oven.
- Toast the walnuts first: A few minutes in a dry skillet brings out their natural oils and deepens their nutty flavor. Toasted walnuts also stay crunchier on top of the melted cheese.
- Adjust the heat to your taste: If you’re serving guests who don’t love spice, swap half the hot honey for regular honey. You’ll still get that sweet, glossy finish with just a hint of warmth.
