When you need an easy yet elegant appetizer, Apple & Brie Puff Pastry Bites are the way to go. Buttery, flaky puff pastry is topped with creamy Brie, sliced apples, and a touch of honey for the perfect balance of flavors. Treat yourself to these bite-sized delights that are simple to make and impossible to resist.

Helpful Tips
- Use a tart apple variety: Granny Smith or Honeycrisp add the best balance of sweetness and acidity.
- Chill the puff pastry before baking: This helps it puff up beautifully in the oven.
- Be generous with the honey: A touch of sweetness enhances the flavors and gives a glossy finish. Be generous and drizzle before they cook as well as after.

Can this be reheated to bring to a potluck?
Sure, just pop them back in the oven for a few minutes to crisp them back up.
