What makes this recipe so appealing is how simple it is to pull together with just a handful of ingredients. It’s ready in under 30 minutes, easy to customize, and pairs well with everything from crackers to fresh fruit.

Helpful Tips

  • Don’t skip scoring the brie. It helps the fig jam melt into the cheese and makes every bite more flavorful.
  • Keep an eye on the bake time. You want the brie soft and gooey, not completely collapsed. Start checking around 15 minutes.
  • Toast the nuts beforehand for extra flavor. It adds a deeper, slightly caramelized taste that really complements the fig jam.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup fig jam
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans chopped

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey when you touch it.
