Chorizo Toasts are what happen when sizzling, spiced chorizo meets crispy, golden bread, and you get a seriously good snack. It’s perfect for last minute guests or a cozy night in.

There’s no chopping, no fussy technique, just spreadable chorizo and bread doing all the heavy lifting. It’s the kind of appetizer that looks like you tried way harder than you actually did. Plus, with only two ingredients, you probably already have everything you need on hand.
Helpful Tips
- Spread it evenly: Keep the chorizo layer to about a ¼ inch thick across the bread so it cooks through evenly and every bite gets that same rich, spiced flavor.
- Watch the broiler closely: Broiling adds incredible crispiness fast, so stay nearby during those last 2 minutes to catch the toasts right when they turn golden instead of burnt.
- Slice before serving: Cut each toast into smaller pieces after baking so they are easy to grab and perfect for sharing at a party.
