If you’re searching for a fun, crowd-pleasing appetizer, these Mini Pizza Bites are perfect! Made in a mini muffin pan with all the classic pizza toppings—sauce, melty mozzarella, and mini pepperoni—each bite is packed with familiar flavors in a cute, snackable form.

Whether you’re hosting a game night, a kid’s birthday party, or just want a quick snack, these pizza bites are easy to make and ready in under 20 minutes! I also love that you can easily make more to refresh your platters as the party goes on.
Helpful Tips
- Switch up the toppings -Get creative by adding your favorite toppings like diced bell peppers, olives, or crumbled sausage. Just keep the toppings small so each bite still holds its shape.
- Make homemade pizza sauce for extra flavor – If you have a few extra minutes, try making a simple homemade pizza sauce. Fresh tomatoes, garlic, and basil add an extra layer of flavor to these bites.
- Serve warm for best taste – These mini pizza bites taste best fresh out of the oven when the cheese is still gooey and the crust is perfectly crisp. If you’re preparing them ahead, warm them up in the oven for a few minutes before serving.
