Mini Pizza Bites

These Mini Pizza Bites are made with all the classic pizza toppings—sauce, melty mozzarella, and mini pepperoni—each bite is packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 tubes pizza dough
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup mini pepperoni
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Coat the cups of a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • Unroll the pizza dough and cut out 12 circles that fit in your tin.
  • Press one circle of dough into each of the muffin pan wells.
  • Spoon the sauce on and top with the cheese and pepperoni.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until dough is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

  • Get creative by adding your favorite toppings like diced bell peppers, olives, or crumbled sausage. Just keep the toppings small so each bite still holds its shape.
