- 2 tubes pizza dough
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup mini pepperoni
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Coat the cups of a muffin pan with cooking spray.
Unroll the pizza dough and cut out 12 circles that fit in your tin.
Press one circle of dough into each of the muffin pan wells.
Spoon the sauce on and top with the cheese and pepperoni.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until dough is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
- Get creative by adding your favorite toppings like diced bell peppers, olives, or crumbled sausage. Just keep the toppings small so each bite still holds its shape.
- If you have a few extra minutes, try making a simple homemade pizza sauce. Fresh tomatoes, garlic, and basil add an extra layer of flavor to these bites.
- These mini pizza bites taste best fresh out of the oven when the cheese is still gooey and the crust is perfectly crisp. If you’re preparing them ahead, warm them up in the oven for a few minutes before serving.
