These Shrimp Tacos have crispy, perfectly seasoned shrimp tucked into warm tortillas and piled high with crunchy cabbage, juicy tomatoes, and creamy avocado. One drizzle of spicy sriracha mayo and you’ll be hooked from the very first bite.

These tacos are a fast, fresh, and flavor-packed dinner that comes together in under 30 minutes, making them perfect for busy weeknights or casual entertaining. Loaded with colorful, crunchy toppings like cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and avocado, every taco is packed with texture and freshness.
Helpful Tips
- Pat the shrimp completely dry: Removing excess moisture before coating helps the seasoned flour stick better and gives you a crispier, more evenly browned shrimp.
- Don’t overcook the shrimp: Shrimp cook fast, so pull them from the skillet as soon as they turn pink and opaque, since just a minute too long can leave them rubbery.
- Prep your toppings first: Chop the cabbage, tomatoes, avocado, and green onion before you start cooking the shrimp, so everything is ready to assemble the moment the shrimp comes off the heat.
