Serving them for a special occasion or meal prepping for the week, either way these mini quiches are simple to make and packed with flavor.

Helpful Tips

  • Use pre-made pie crust for convenience: This saves time and ensures a flaky base. Of course, if you have time, a homemade crust is always delicious.
  • Shred your own cheese: It’s always best to shred your own cheese. Pre-shredded cheese contains anti-caking agents that can affect the texture of the filling.
  • Bake until just set: The quiches should have a slight jiggle in the center—overbaking can make them dry.
