If you’re looking for an easy yet elegant dish for Easter brunch, these Mini Ham and Cheese Quiches are the answer. These little bites combine flaky pastry, creamy eggs, savory ham, and melty cheese for a deliciously satisfying treat.

Serving them for a special occasion or meal prepping for the week, either way these mini quiches are simple to make and packed with flavor.
Helpful Tips
- Use pre-made pie crust for convenience: This saves time and ensures a flaky base. Of course, if you have time, a homemade crust is always delicious.
- Shred your own cheese: It’s always best to shred your own cheese. Pre-shredded cheese contains anti-caking agents that can affect the texture of the filling.
- Bake until just set: The quiches should have a slight jiggle in the center—overbaking can make them dry.
