If you’re craving something cheesy, beefy, and easy to make, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a great place to start. They wrap a savory cheeseburger filling inside soft biscuit dough and bake up golden and fluffy in just minutes.

These are the kind of snack or dinner that disappears quickly. The creamy cheese mixed into the beef keeps the filling rich and flavorful, while the buttery parmesan topping adds a little extra punch. Serve them as a casual dinner, game-day snack, or party appetizer.
Helpful Tips
- Seal the dough well. Pinch the biscuit edges together tightly so the filling stays inside while baking.
- Don’t overfill. A spoonful of the beef mixture is plenty. Too much filling makes the dough harder to close.
- Bake seam-side down. This helps the bombs stay sealed and keeps the tops smooth and golden.
