Garlic and brie pull-apart bread is the kind of appetizer that disappears fast. A crusty round bread bowl is sliced into bite-sized pieces, stuffed with melty brie, and brushed with garlic herb butter, then baked until everything is warm, gooey, and ready to pull apart.

It’s perfect for sharing and makes a great centerpiece for a casual gathering or holiday spread. You get crispy edges, soft bread, and pockets of melted cheese in every bite. If you want something that feels a little special but is still easy to make, this is a solid choice.
Helpful Tips
- Use a sturdy round loaf like sourdough so it holds its shape when you cut and fill it.
- Cut deep but not all the way through to create pull-apart sections without the bread falling apart.
- Distribute the brie evenly so you get cheesy bites throughout, not just in one spot.
