Ingredients

  • 1 large round bread loaf
  • 8 ounces double creme brie cheese
  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • 4-5 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon EACH salt and pepper or to taste
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the bread vertically and horizontally being careful to not cut all the way through the bread. Place it on the baking sheet.
  • Cut the brie into cubes. Press the cubes, spread out, into the cuts in the bread.
  • Melt the butter with the chopped garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium-low heat until the garlic is sizzling.
  • Pour the melted butter over the top of the bread, making sure the butter gets into all the slits in the bread.
  • Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • To get a crunchy top, turn on the broiler and broil for 2 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle parsley on top. Serve.
