They bake up golden in about 20 minutes, which means you can go from fridge to appetizer tray without much fuss. The garlic Parmesan butter brushed on both before and after baking gives these skewers serious flavor in every layer. And served with marinara on the side, they turn into the ultimate finger food for game days, potlucks, or a fun family dinner.

Helpful Tips

  • Thaw meatballs completely: If using frozen meatballs, make sure they are fully thawed before wrapping so they cook through evenly in the oven.
  • Brush butter in two stages: Applying half the garlic butter before baking and the rest after gives the dough great flavor throughout without burning the garlic.
  • Keep the dough snug: Wrap the crescent dough around each meatball fairly tightly so it holds its shape and bakes up evenly golden on all sides.
