If you love pizza but want something quick, cheesy, and irresistibly snackable, these Pepperoni Pizza Bites on Hawaiian rolls are just the thing. Soft, slightly sweet rolls are layered with gooey mozzarella, and crispy pepperoni, then baked to golden perfection.

Whether you’re making them for a party, a family movie night, or just because you’re craving pizza, these little bites deliver all the classic flavors in an easy-to-make package.
You can easily customize the flavors to make them absolutely irresistible to your guests. Pair them with a bowl of warm marinara for dipping, and you’ve got the perfect party appetizer.
Helpful Tips
- Carefully cut the rolls: Try not to cut more than half way through the rolls. You don’t want sections to break off because they won’t hold your topping well. If you are having trouble heat them up in the microwave for 5-10 seconds first.
- Use mini pepperoni: They fit perfectly on the rolls, this is a great alternative to the large slices.
- Brush or spoon garlic butter: The mix of melted butter, garlic, Parmesan and spices brushed on top adds amazing flavor.
