Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (227 g) white cabbage shredded
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 tablespoons (45 g) flour
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) EACH salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons (44 ml) cooking oil

Instructions

  • Mix shredded cabbage, grated carrot, green onions, egg, flour, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the cooking oil.
  • Add a 1/4 cup size scoop of cabbage mixture to the pan and flatten it out with a fork. Keep adding scoops to fill the pan but don't crowd them.
  • Fry for 3 minutes per side or until crispy and golden brown.
