Easy Cabbage Fritters
Ingredients
- 8 ounces (227 g) white cabbage shredded
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 green onion chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 6 tablespoons (45 g) flour
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) EACH salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons (44 ml) cooking oil
Instructions
- Mix shredded cabbage, grated carrot, green onions, egg, flour, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the cooking oil.
- Add a 1/4 cup size scoop of cabbage mixture to the pan and flatten it out with a fork. Keep adding scoops to fill the pan but don't crowd them.
- Fry for 3 minutes per side or until crispy and golden brown.
