BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon EACH salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon bbq sauce
- 1 package King’s Hawaiian savory rolls
- pepper jack cheese slices
- colby jack cheese shredded
- crispy fried onions
- 6 pieces bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. As the beef browns, add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, garlic, and BBQ sauce. Stir it all together and let it cook for about 2 minutes to meld.
- Slice the buns lengthwise through the middle. Place the bottom buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Layer on the cheeses and then the ground meat mixture. Top with crispy onions and crumbled bacon. Put on the top buns.
- Brush the melted butter on top of the buns and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Slice, and serve hot.
