These Pigs in a Blanket are exactly the kind of appetizer that disappears the moment they hit the table. With crescent roll dough wrapped around cocktail sausages for a warm, flaky, golden bite that never goes out of style.

They come together in under 30 minutes, which makes them perfect for last minute get-togethers or a big game day spread. Kids and adults both go crazy for them, so you never have to worry about picky eaters at your party. And since this recipe makes a full 24 pieces, it is easy to keep the tray stocked while everyone mingles.
Helpful Tips
- Cut clean triangles: Use a sharp knife or pizza wheel to slice each crescent triangle into three even pieces, so every pig in a blanket bakes up uniform and pretty.
- Don’t skip the egg wash: Brushing the tops with egg wash before baking is what gives these that gorgeous golden brown shine, so take the extra minute to do it well.
- Watch them closely near the end: Ovens vary, so start checking at the 13 minute mark and pull them as soon as the dough is puffed and golden to avoid overbaking.
