Watermelon Agua Fresca is the ultimate warm weather refresher. Serving it right in the hollowed out watermelon turns a simple drink into a total showstopper for backyard parties and summer gatherings.

The lime and mint keep it tasting bright and clean instead of overly sweet, so it is refreshing enough to drink glass after glass. There is no cooking involved at all, just a blender and a few minutes of your time.
Helpful Tips
- Chill your watermelon first: Popping the hollowed out watermelon in the fridge before blending helps everything stay ice cold longer once it is filled back up and served.
- Strain for the smoothest texture: Pouring the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer removes the pulp and seeds so you end up with a silky, sippable drink instead of a chunky one.
- Taste as you go: Watermelons vary in sweetness, so taste your agua fresca after blending and adjust the lime juice or sugar until the balance feels right to you.
