If you’re looking for an appetizer that’s both quick and bursting with flavor, these Tortilla Shrimp Bites hit the mark! With a creamy avocado base, spicy shrimp, and a crispy tortilla chip for crunch, each bite is a delicious blend of textures and tastes.

Perfect for gatherings, these bite-sized treats come together in under 20 minutes and can be made again and again throughout the party to keep the platters fresh. Serve them warm or cold—they’re equally delicious either way!
Helpful Tips
- Adjust the heat to your liking -If you love a kick, sprinkle a pinch of chili powder or cayenne into the shrimp seasoning. The added heat pairs wonderfully with the creamy avocado for a balanced bite.
- Use fresh, crunchy tortilla chips – For the best texture, opt for sturdy, round tortilla chips that can hold the guacamole and shrimp without getting soggy. Freshly made chips from a local bakery or restaurant can also add an extra level of crunch and flavor.
- Serve immediately for freshness – These bites are best enjoyed as soon as they’re made. If you’re preparing them in advance, keep the guacamole and shrimp separate until ready to assemble, ensuring the chips stay crisp.
