These Shrimp Cocktail Cups are a fun, fresh twist on the classic appetizer. Each little cup is filled with tangy cocktail sauce, chilled shrimp, crisp cucumber, fresh dill and a sprinkle of Tajín for a spicy citrus kick. They look impressive on a party table but come together in just minutes.

This is one of those appetizers that feels a little fancy without requiring much effort. The individual cups make serving easy for gatherings, and the Tajín adds a bold flavor that pairs perfectly with the shrimp and cocktail sauce. They’re light, refreshing, and ideal for warm-weather entertaining.
Helpful Tips
- Pat the shrimp dry before assembling so excess moisture doesn’t water down the cocktail sauce.
- Chill the appetizer cups before serving to keep everything cold and refreshing.
- Add the cucumber and dill just before serving so they stay crisp and fresh-looking.
