Helpful Tips for the Perfect PSL

Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your latte turns out café-worthy every time:

  • Choose Your Milk Wisely: Whole milk or oat milk tends to give the creamiest results, but feel free to experiment with almond, soy, or other options for different textures and flavors.
  • Balance the Sweetness: Adjust the vanilla syrup or add a bit of brown sugar to bring a rich sweetness that complements the pumpkin and spices.
  • Use Fresh Pumpkin Puree: If you’re able, try making your own pumpkin puree for the best flavor and texture, or use canned pumpkin with no added sugars or spices.
