- 1 shot espresso or 1/4 cup strong coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or sugar-free vanilla syrup more or less to taste
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or allspice
- 1 cup milk steamed, frothed, or warmed
- Optional: Whipped cream for topping
Brew your espresso or strong coffee and pour it into a mug.
Add in the vanilla syrup, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice, and stir well to combine.
Warm your milk until it’s nice and steamy. You can use a milk frother if you want that barista-style foam, or simply heat it on the stove or in the microwave.
Pour the warmed milk into your mug, mixing it gently.
