You’ll want to keep this one in your fridge. It’s great on salads, but it also works as a dip for veggies, a spread for sandwiches, or a sauce for grilled chicken or fish. The mix of yogurt and mayo keeps it rich but balanced, while the fresh herbs do all the heavy lifting.

Helpful Tips

  • Use fresh herbs only. This dressing relies on fresh basil, chives, and tarragon for its signature flavor. Dried herbs won’t give the same result.
  • Adjust the thickness if needed. If you prefer a thinner dressing, blend in a tablespoon or two of water or milk until it’s just right.
  • Let it rest before serving. If you have time, chill the dressing for 30 minutes so the flavors can meld.
