- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 10-15 leaves fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon or parsley
- 2 tablespoons green onion about 2
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper or to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a jar large enough to fit an immersion blender.
Blend ingredients until they’re fully incorporated and broken down. Store any leftover in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
