Firecracker Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup (237 ml) sweet & spicy BBQ sauce like Sweet Baby Ray’s or Stubb’s
- 1/2 cup (118 ml) sweet chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons (44 ml) chili crunch or chili crisp
- 3 tablespoons (44 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
- 1 bag pre-shredded coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup (56 g) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) white vinegar
Instructions
- Place the chicken, bbq sauce, chili sauce, chili crunch, soy sauce, and honey in a 6-qt slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours. Shred chicken with two forks and stir around in the sauce.
- Mix together the coleslaw, mayonnaise and vinegar.
- Serve on top of buns.
