This Crock Pot Bourbon Chicken is rich, slightly sweet, and packed with that deep, savory flavor you usually only get from takeout. The slow cooker does all the work, leaving you with tender chicken coated in a glossy, sticky sauce.

It’s a great option when you want something bold without hovering over the stove. Serve it over rice or noodles and you’ve got a dinner that feels a little special but couldn’t be easier to make.
Helpful Tips
- Use chicken thighs for the best flavor and texture, they stay juicy in the slow cooker.
- Don’t skip the cornstarch slurry at the end if you want that classic thick sauce.
- Taste before serving and adjust sweetness or salt depending on your preference.
