Creamy, luscious burrata meets the sweet-tart flavors of cranberries, the crunch of pistachios, and a hint of citrus brightness. Paired with toasted baguette slices, it’s a dish that feels like a celebration with every bite.

This recipe is a fantastic choice for holiday gatherings, dinner parties, or any time you want to impress with minimal effort. Plus, it’s as delicious as it is beautiful! The toasted baguette slices add a satisfying crunch and make it easy to enjoy every last bite.
Helpful Tips
- Room temperature burrata: Let the burrata come to room temperature before serving for maximum creaminess.
- Upgrade your cranberry sauce: If you have time, make a homemade cranberry sauce with fresh or frozen cranberries for a more vibrant flavor. If you can only use canned, be sure to add orange juice and zest. It really punches up the flavor.
- Customize your nuts: Swap pistachios for toasted pecans or walnuts if you prefer.
