Garlic Parmesan Potatoes are the kind of side dish that feels a little extra without requiring extra effort. The slow cooker does all the work, and you end up with tender potatoes coated in buttery garlic and plenty of Parmesan. It’s simple, comforting, and easy to pair with just about any main dish.

This recipe is especially great when your oven is full or you just want to keep things hands-off. The flavors soak right into the potatoes as they cook, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley at the end pulls everything together.
Helpful Tips
- Cut larger potatoes into even pieces so everything cooks at the same rate.
- Stir once halfway through cooking if you can, to redistribute the butter and cheese.
- For a slightly crisp finish, spread the cooked potatoes on a baking sheet and broil for a few minutes before serving.
