Garlic Parmesan Potatoes in the Crock Pot

- 2 pounds baby potatoes halved
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 teaspoon EACH salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Place the potatoes in the crockpot.
In a bowl, mix together the butter, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour over potatoes and toss to coat.
Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
Serve garnished with additional Parmesan and chopped parsley.
