Caesar Salad Cups are a fresh way to serve a classic favorite. Crisp lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and a sprinkle of golden, crunchy breadcrumbs are layered into individual cups for an easy grab and go appetizer. They look polished on a platter but take very little effort to pull together.

These are perfect for parties, showers, or anytime you want something lighter on the table that still feels satisfying. The individual portions make them easy to serve, and the crispy crouton topping adds just enough texture to keep things interesting.
Helpful Tips
- Use the sturdy inner leaves of the romaine lettuce so the cups are small and easy to eat.
- Toast the croutons in a skillet with a little olive oil until golden brown for the best crunch and flavor.
- Assemble close to serving time so the lettuce stays crisp and the breadcrumbs do not soften.
